Refund Policy

At Evoura, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and personalised with care. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Engraved Items

  • Due to the personalised nature of our jewelry, custom and engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting an order.
     

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

    • Photos of the damage/defect

    • Your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
     

Non-Custom Items (if applicable)

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
     

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds for non-custom items or verified faulty items will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
     

Return Address

  • Returns must be sent to:
    📍 Confirmed at time of refund.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Evoura is not responsible for items lost in transit.
