Custom & Engraved Items

Due to the personalised nature of our jewelry, custom and engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting an order.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

Photos of the damage/defect

Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Non-Custom Items (if applicable)

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn

Unused
-
In original packaging

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds for non-custom items or verified faulty items will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
