2. Products & Customisation

• All jewelry is handcrafted to order, with an estimated lead time of 7–10 business days per item before dispatch.

• Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in finish, engraving, or colour. These are not considered faults.

• Customisation requests (such as engraving) are completed exactly as entered by the customer. Please check all details carefully before submitting an order.
   

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store card information.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

• At this time, we ship within Australia only.

• Standard processing time is 7–10 business days to create your piece, plus standard Australia Post delivery times.

• Shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

• We are not responsible for postal delays or circumstances beyond our control once an item has been dispatched.
   

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the personalised nature of our jewelry, custom and engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Non-custom items (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
   

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Evoura and are protected under Australian copyright law. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
 

• Our jewelry is intended as a keepsake and form of remembrance. It is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or counselling support.

• Evoura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
   

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.

• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Tasmanian courts.
